Michelle Ayala, a kinder teacher at Dr. Rodriguez Elementary, was named the Harlingen CISD Elementary School Teacher of the Year on Monday, May 14. A standout educator who has been at the forefront of digital learning, Mrs. Ayala has been a shining star for Harlingen.
